    Big hype, little substance

    While the service was attentive and the breakfast buffet excellent, I was disappointed by the early pool closure and excessive noise from nearby rooms. My sea view room was fine, but the lack of consistent attention to guest comfort overshadowed the positives. Luxury should feel peaceful, yet it often felt chaotic.

    The room we had was impressive and bright, and complete with a balcony and the bar, as example. The breakfast was great and delicious and on the deck, reasonably priced. It was in a beachfront setting on the ocean.

    The location was absolutely perfect for walking around a sand beach. The breakfast was fantastic with variety of fab options. The staff was especially helpful and very amiable and we were pleased with very efficient service.

    We liked the hotel, very very good breakfast.

    The room was fashionable and contemporary with a view. The location was great and beautiful for visiting restaurants and cafes next door to the hotel.

    Location: the hotel was near to the sea, and cafes/restaurants and location. The stuff were well-trained and very professional and always had a smile.

    Even though everything was fantastic, some of the staff were disappointing.

    The room experienced excessive dampness that felt concerning!!! The shower alternated between extreme temperatures!!! The lighting system in the room could also use an upgrade!!!

    The Beautiful King Room offered a fine view, and the excellent Wi-Fi. Breakfast was a highlight with an very nice variety of delicious local meats and fresh fruits. The location was ideal, with access to numerous attractions. Some noise disturbances from outside were distracting, and the coffee service was inconsistent, which affected the overall experience.

    The beachfront location was perfect for our group. We enjoyed relaxing at the pool and indulged in spa treatments that were just the therapy we needed. The food was tasty, and staff were friendly and accommodating all around.

    One drawback was the noise from outside our room. It was a bit distracting with people and vehicles passing by.

    The breakfast was delicious with tons of options, and the staff were super friendly. Our suite with ocean view gave us fine sunsets. The pools were perfect. Sea salt restaurant next door was fantastic.

    The location right on the beach was very nice, and the serene atmosphere made for a perfect getaway. We particularly loved hanging out at the adults-only pool and the beachfront bar that had amazing sunset views. Our Beautiful King Room was spacious and elegantly designed, providing that luxury feel.
